a. The Alignment Academy LLC provides wellness coaching services to assist clients in achieving their goals.

b. The coaching relationship is a partnership, with the client being responsible for their own decisions and actions.

3. Client Responsibilities

a. Clients are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

b. Clients agree to provide accurate and honest information during coaching sessions. Clients must do their part on their transformation journey. You receive what you put in.

4. Confidentiality

a. All coaching sessions and client information will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. Live coaching courses may be sold to our community.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

a. Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for coaching services and courses as outlined in the payment agreement. Please note all coaching and course fees are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure a strong coach-client commitment and to reflect the time and effort invested in preparing for each coaching session and developing course materials. If you have any questions or concerns before you commit, please don't hesitate to reach out. By enrolling in a coaching program or purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Scheduling and Cancellation

a. Sessions must be scheduled in advance and canceled with a minimum notice period, as outlined in the scheduling policy.

b. Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice may result in fees being charged.

7. Termination of Services

The Alignment Academy LLC reserves the right to terminate coaching services if a client engages in behavior deemed harmful, non-compliant, or unethical.

8. Disclaimer

a. Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice or treatment. Clients must consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical, psychological, or psychiatric conditions.

b. The Alignment Academy LLC is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on the coaching services provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching sessions, including but not limited to worksheets, guides, and other resources, are the intellectual property of The Alignment Academy LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
